As such, there are no consumer membership fees eligible for refund.

In our articles, specific chemical compounds, standard dosages, and packaging formats are discussed for educational analysis. When readers purchase dietary supplements, vitamins, or orthopedic equipment from independent third-party manufacturers, retail pharmacies, or online shops:
- The transaction exists exclusively between the reader and that external vendor.

- Atalen and TA PROJEKT investicije d.o.o. have no authority or access to inspect, approve, or issue refunds for items purchased through third-party retailers.

- Statutory Right of Withdrawal: Under Slovenian consumer protection legislation and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, eligible clients may cancel service agreements within 14 calendar days of contract execution, provided customized digital production or performance has not commenced with explicit advance agreement.
- Defect Remediation: If a delivered institutional research report contains demonstrable analytical defects or fails agreed contractual specifications, TA PROJEKT investicije d.o.o. will provide complete corrections or adjustments within 14 business days.
- Refund Execution: Approved contractual refunds are processed using the original payment channel (SEPA wire transfer) within 14 calendar days of formal claim approval.
4. Editorial Corrections & Factual Accuracy Guarantee
If a reader, scientific researcher, or manufacturer identifies an inaccurate numerical figure, misattributed quotation, or superseded biochemical reference in our published content, our editorial desk will review the correction request within two business days. Factual adjustments are documented with clear errata notices to maintain historical integrity.
5. Applicable Law & Dispute Settlement
This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union. In the event of an unresolved dispute regarding commercial contracts, the competent court in Ljubljana, Slovenia, holds jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law specifies an alternative forum.
